Accessibility Statement

How we make Stack Guard usable for everyone, where we fall short, and how to tell us.

Last updated October 26, 2026

1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use wpstackguard.com and the Stack Guard plugin, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. This website

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a Skip to Content link.
  • Headings, landmarks and labels are marked up so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Text meets AA contrast against the dark background, and screenshots have text descriptions.
  • Animations respect the Reduce Motion setting on your device.
  • The site works when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.

3. The Stack Guard plugin

  • Warnings such as Test After Changing can be reached with the Tab key, not only by pointing.
  • Every email Stack Guard sends includes a plain-text version.

4. Known limits

  • The embedded changelog and contact form are provided by our business system inside a frame; we are working to make sure they match the rest of the site.
  • Some screenshots contain detailed interface text that is summarised, not transcribed, in their descriptions.

5. Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site or in the plugin is hard to use, email hello@wpstackguard.com with the page or screen and what happened. We reply within 5 business days and will offer the information in another way if we cannot fix it straight away.
